Job summary

KLA-Tencor (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a technical specialist to install, configure, and upgrade KLA software products at customer sites. You will provide hands-on support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis to ensure operational excellence.

You will manage customer projects, coordinate with HQ engineering and product teams, and prepare documentation and training materials. Up to 30% international travel is required and you will contribute to long-term product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Management Information System or related field
• MS Windows OS Administration, Oracle DB Management, and non-relational DB experience
• PowerShell scripting and MS SQL Server Administration Experience
• Domain knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process
• Experience installing and maintaining an enterprise application, such as DMS/YMS/MES system experience
• Good software documentation skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Customer facing project management experience is essential
• Up to 30% International travel required

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade KLA software products at customer sites.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for customer issues.
• Manage customer projects, including beta evaluations and new product adoption.
• Work closely with HQ engineering, product teams, and local business units to resolve technical issues and support business objectives.
• Prepare software documentation, training materials, and support records.
• Escalate complex issues to R&D and collaborate on long-term fixes and product improvements
