Job summary

KLA is a global leader in diversified electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, seeking a systems engineer to design multi-disciplinary systems and features. You will collaborate with design teams and subcontractors, and work with PMs to meet milestones, with hands-on lab development and on-site integration.

The role requires strong communication, system integration and troubleshooting skills, and willingness to travel across Asia to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in multidisciplinary systems (mechanics, electronics, software).
• Proven system integration, testing and troubleshooting experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across Asia.
• Experience in technical documentation and reports.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of multi-disciplinary systems and features.
• Collaborating with design teams within KLA and subcontractors.
• Work with product & program managers to meet milestones.
• Hands-on development in a lab on actual hardware.
• Integration of sub-systems and testing for performance and serviceability.
• Provide ongoing on-site customer support and service.
