Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field.
Proficient at Windows OS administration, Oracle DB, various non-relational DBs and cloud hosting.
PowerShell scripting and MS SQL Server administration.
Experience with enterprise applications such as DMS/YMS/MES.
Good software documentation and problem-solving skills.
Customer-facing project management experience; up to 30% travel.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and upgrade KLA software products at customer sites.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for customer issues.
Manage customer projects, including beta evaluations and new product adoption.
Collaborate with HQ engineering, product teams, and local units to resolve issues and support objectives.
Prepare software documentation, training materials, and support records.
Escalate complex issues to R&D and work on long-term fixes and product improvements.
