Ambition Group Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a Windows Engineer to support and maintain enterprise Windows infrastructure in an on-site Singapore environment. The role emphasizes day-to-day operations, incident handling, and system monitoring across on-premises and cloud setups.

The candidate will work with senior engineers to ensure availability, stability, and performance of Windows services, including Active Directory and patch management, with opportunities to grow toward senior L3 roles.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience supporting Windows infrastructure environments.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related discipline preferred.
Microsoft certifications (Azure, Windows Server) are advantageous.

Responsabilités

Monitor and support Windows Server environments (Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022).
Perform incident and service request management in accordance with SLAs.
Execute server patching, maintenance, and operational activities.
Assist in troubleshooting Windows OS, Hyper-V, VMware, and Failover Clustering issues.
Support Active Directory administration, including user and group management.
Monitor infrastructure health and elevate complex issues to L3 teams when required.
Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects.
Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base articles.
Follow operational procedures, security policies, and compliance requirements.
