Job summary

Epergne Solutions in Singapore seeks a Senior Windows Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support enterprise Windows infrastructure, virtualization, hardware and production environments, including rotational shifts and on-call support.

You will oversee Windows Server platforms (2012/2016/2019/2022), Hyper-V, VMware/ESXi, AD, and related technologies, develop automation with PowerShell and Python, and contribute to ITIL-aligned incident, change and problem management within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Windows infrastructure/server administration experience in financial/enterprise environments.
• Expert knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper-V, virtualization, Failover Clustering and Active Directory.
• 5+ years in infrastructure troubleshooting, security patching, vulnerability remediation, monitoring and BCP/DR.
• Experience with Tenable/Nessus, HP OMI/Tivoli, Altiris/BMC or equivalent tools.
• 5+ years PowerShell/Python scripting and deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022, Hyper-V, VMware/ESXi, Failover Clustering and Active Directory.
• Handle server deployment, configuration, upgrades, patching, security remediation and vulnerability management.
• Support HPE/Dell/Cisco UCS/Nutanix or equivalent rack and hyper-converged infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot servers, networks, storage and applications.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Python, Perl and VBScript.
• Support BCP/DR, failover, ITIL, production support and infrastructure projects.
• Perform incident/problem management and collaborate with technical teams on complex issues.
• Participate in rotational shifts and weekend on-call support.
