Job summary

ITCONNECTUS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced infrastructure specialist to manage Windows environments in a financial services context. You will lead Hyper-V clusters, implement failover strategies and integrate automation workflows using Python and PowerShell.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise with VMware components (vSphere/vCenter/VROPS/VRLI) and knowledge of HPE, Cisco, and Dell virtualization hardware. Strong AD & patching skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in managing Windows environment
• 3-5 years of experience in financial institutes
• Bachelor’s/engineering graduate
• Expertise in Windows OS versions 2012/2016/2019/2022, Hyper-V and Failover Clustering
• Knowledge of VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter, VROPS, VRLI) is an advantage
• Experience in virtualization hardware (HPE Synergy, Cisco UCS, Dell VxRail)
• Hands-on with HPE hardware (DL, Synergy, Simplivity, AlteRa)
• Hands-on with Python, PowerShell and workflow integration
• Knowledge of patching tools and Active Directory
• Failover Clustering knowledge and AD user access management
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and solve complex issues

Job description

Mandatory track record

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in managing Windows environment with about 3-5 years of experience in financial institutes.

Must be a bachelor’s/engineering graduate.

Subject matter expert on core technologies – Windows OS - 2012/2016/2019/ 2022, Hyper-V and Failover Clustering.

Knowledge of VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter, VROPS, VRLI) will be an advantage.

Experience in Virtualization (e.g HPE Synergy, Cisco UCS, Dell Vxrail, etc.)

In-depth hands-on knowledge/experience with HPE hardware (DL, Synergy, Simplivity, Aletra series).

In-depth hands-on knowledge/experience with Python, PowerShell and Workflow integration tools.

Knowledge and/or hands on working experience with patching tools and Active Directory.

Failover Clustering Knowledge (hands on experience)

Active Directory (AD group., User Access mgmt. Share & Security Permission, etc.
