Job summary

Mandai Wildlife Group invites applications for guest experience hosts across our park network. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, assist with guest services, and help deliver memorable wildlife encounters in a dynamic, family-friendly environment.

We seek candidates with at least 1 year in hospitality or tourism, strong communication, and a confident, energetic, outgoing personality. Weekend and public holiday work is expected as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant hospitality or tourism experience.
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confident, energetic and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and maintain high guest service standards.
• Identify and implement enhancements to improve guest experience within the park.
• Resolve guest feedback, issues and concerns promptly.
• Motivate and guide part-time staff in delivering guest experiences.
