Job summary

You will support part-time staff, participate in training, maintain records, and assist in educating guests about wildlife campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations and deliver exceptional guest service at ticketing points.
• Perform accurate transactions at ticketing touchpoints.
• Operate Adventure facility including safety checks and guest harnessing.
• Resolve guest feedback and concerns.
• Motivate and guide part-time staff in delivering guest experiences.
• Assist in training of part-time staff with section lead.
• Update and maintain wildlife sightings records and guest education materials.
• Educate guests on wildlife campaigns within the parks.
• Identify areas for improvement to enhance guest experience.
