1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking a Loans Operations professional to process wholesale loan transactions, maintenance and settlements, while ensuring MAS compliance and internal controls. The role supports operational reporting and cross-functional cooperation in a dynamic environment.

Candidate should hold a related degree and 1-3 years' experience, be proficient in Excel, and capable of handling multiple tasks across day, afternoon, and night shifts in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and data handling.

Responsabilités

• Process full spectrum of wholesale banking loan transactions including disbursements, repayments, redemptions, rollovers, restructurings and account maintenance.
• Prepare and process payment instructions, remittances, and SWIFT messages.
• Perform accounting entries and maintain general ledger related to loans.
• Maintain compliance with MAS regulations and internal controls.
• Assist in process improvements and collaboration with stakeholders.
