As a WFH Recruitment Researcher at Kairos Global Search, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by identifying and sourcing high-caliber candidates. This is a remote position with a high commission structure, offering flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and passionate about finding the right talent to meet client needs. There is training provided!

Key Responsibilities
