Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd is seeking engineering-minded individuals to support projects across manufacturing and customer support activities. You will assist in process improvements, equipment optimization, and documentation, and participate in testing, installation, and qualification activities.

Qualifications

• Study in electrical, electronics, mechanical, microelectronics or related engineering disciplines.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, semiconductor equipment, or industrial engineering is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering projects and daily technical operations across manufacturing or customer support activities.
• Assist in process improvement, equipment optimization, and engineering documentation.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and qualification of equipment or production processes.
• Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, work instructions, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support equipment setup, process validation, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in engineering meetings and provide technical updates on project progress.
• Assist in implementing engineering standards, quality requirements, and operational procedures.
• Support ad hoc engineering assignments, including occasional travel or on-site support when required.
