Job summary

Xinyuan Pain Treatment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to coordinate daily outlet operations at our Singapore wellness outlet. You will manage customer service, staff schedules, inventory and promotional activities, ensuring smooth operations and timely reporting.

The role emphasizes organised, customer-focused leadership and the ability to monitor performance, handle enquiries and drive service improvements within a retail wellness setting.

Qualifications

• Good organisational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to coordinate staff schedules and manage multiple operational tasks.
• Basic proficiency in spreadsheets, appointment booking systems and customer management software.
• A responsible approach to record keeping and handling customer information.
• Relevant experience in retail, wellness, beauty or service operations is preferred.
• Willingness to learn company systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outlet operations, including opening, closing and shift handovers.
• Prepare staff rosters and coordinate service appointments to support efficient operations.
• Handle customer enquiries, bookings, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks and coordinate replenishment with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate sales, inventory and operational records.
• Assist with planning and implementing outlet promotions.
• Review service quality and operating results, and recommend improvements.
• Implement company procedures and escape issues requiring management approval.
