Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional writing and content creation experience.
• At least 3 years in wellness, hospitality, luxury lifestyle or related industry.
• Exceptional English writing, editing and proofreading with strong tone and brand consistency.
• Strong storytelling and communication for different audiences and platforms.
• Proficiency in CMS, SEO tools and social media management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, engaging and brand-aligned content across multiple platforms including websites, e-commerce, blogs, social media, email marketing and press sections.
• Plan, coordinate and manage content calendars and deliverables with internal teams and external partners.
• Develop and manage social media content, including ideation, copywriting, visuals, scheduling and publishing.
• Stay updated on social media trends to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Review, edit and proofread content for clarity, tone and brand guidelines.
• Work with influencers, videographers, photographers, agencies and other partners to support campaigns and events.
• Apply SEO best practices and leverage analytics to improve search visibility and engagement.
• Ensure content reflects premium wellness hospitality positioning and consistent brand storytelling.
• Support marketing campaigns, launches and communications initiatives as required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
