INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting on behalf of a Health & Wellness client for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and growth from a Central location in Singapore.

This permanent role offers Monday to Friday office hours, with a Basic + Bonus compensation and opportunities to expand retail and e-commerce channels, manage campaigns, partnerships, and digital performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand or product marketing within consumer products.
• Proven track record growing product sales through retail and e-commerce channels.
• Hands-on experience managing online marketplaces or e-commerce platforms.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to analyze sales performance and marketing data.
• Experience planning integrated marketing campaigns and managing external agencies or partners.
• Existing network with retailers, distributors or marketing partners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Expand sales through retail, e-commerce, corporate partnerships, and new distribution channels.
• Manage online sales platforms and optimise digital performance.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, content initiatives, and influencer collaborations.
• Analyse market trends, campaign performance, and sales data to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Manage marketing budgets and monitor commercial performance.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen brand positioning.
• Support long-term business growth and future market expansion initiatives.
