No chiropractic background is required; training will be provided to develop product knowledge, service options, and relationship-building skills while maintaining high service standards.

No chiropractic background? No problem. We are happy to provide training to the right candidate who brings the right attitude, professionalism and willingness to learn.

What you will be doing

1. Make every customer feel welcome

• Welcome customers, manage appointments and handle front desk enquiries.

• Create a warm, professional and organised environment for every visit.

• Assist with registration, payment collection and general administrative duties.

• Coordinate appointments and follow-ups to ensure a smooth customer experience.

2. Become a trusted guide to spinal health

• Learn about spinal health, chiropractic care and the services we offer.

• Explain our services clearly and help customers understand their available options.

• Listen to customers' needs, answer general enquiries and guide them towards appropriate services.

• Support customers throughout their wellness journey by maintaining thoughtful and professional follow-ups.

3. Build relationships, not just sales

• Understand customer needs and recommend relevant services based on their interests and requirements.

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to encourage engagement and appointment bookings.

• Work towards individual and centre sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

• Build lasting customer relationships through trust, consistency and genuine care.

4. Keep the centre running smoothly

• Handle daily administrative tasks, payment processing and basic sales reporting.

• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information.

• Support the team with daily operations and other duties when required.

Experience that will give you an advantage

We welcome candidates from different backgrounds, especially those with experience in:

• Financial advisory, insurance or banking, particularly consultative sales and client relationship management.

• Healthcare, wellness, beauty or premium retail sales.

• Customer service, hospitality, front desk or appointment-based businesses.

• Sales roles involving follow-ups, customer retention and service recommendations.

Experience in financial advisory or insurance is a plus, but we value genuine service skills, integrity, sales ability and the right attitude just as highly.
