Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management – Assist in tracking stock levels, updating inventory systems, and ensuring inventory accuracy across platforms.
• Warehouse Operations Support – Work closely with the warehouse manager on daily operational tasks, including:
  • Setting up wave bills
  • Tracking return and refund orders
  • Supporting outbound and inbound operations
• E-commerce Platform Operations (Shopee & TikTok Shop) – Manage and update product listings, support campaign sign-ups and promotion settings, assist with pricing, vouchers, and platform tools during sales periods, assist with affiliate outreach and coordination, track deliverables and support campaign execution, and assist in resolving order-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
