Job summary

Levoir International Pte. Ltd. in Somerset, Singapore, is hiring for a full-time livestream operations role supporting TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other platforms.

You will prep products, inventory, vouchers, and campaigns; coordinate backend tasks during livestreams; and respond to customer inquiries while ensuring smooth broadcasts. Ideal candidates have e-commerce/livestream experience, strong organization, and good communication. Korean and/or Chinese language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, livestream operations, or marketplace management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, or similar platforms preferred.
• Proficiency in Korean and/or Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily live-commerce operations across platforms.
• Prepare products, inventory, vouchers, and promos before livestreams.
• Coordinate backend operations during livestreams, including orders.
• Monitor customer inquiries and provide operational support.
• Manage product listings, pricing updates, and promos.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement.
• Prepare sales and performance reports.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
• Coordinate with hosts, creators, and partners for livestream campaigns.

Salary:Starting from SGD 3,000 + performance-based commission

Job Responsibilities

• Support daily live-commerce operations across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Prepare products, inventory, vouchers, and promotional campaigns before livestream sessions.
• Coordinate backend operations during livestreams, including product management and order processing.
• Monitor customer inquiries and provide operational support during live broadcasts.
• Manage product listings, pricing updates, and promotional materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock movement.
• Prepare sales and performance reports.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the e-commerce team.
• Coordinate with hosts, creators, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of livestream campaigns.

Requirements
