Responsibilities

• Execute money exchange and remittance transactions accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer enquiries clearly and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy and responsibility to maintain financial integrity
• Perform compliance checks on all transactions to adhere to regulatory and company standards
• Balance currency, coins, and checks in cash drawers at shift end and reconcile daily transactions using computers, calculators, or adding machines
• Operate computer systems proficiently to process transactions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth daily operations
• Work scheduled shifts including weekends to meet business needs
