Western Union is hiring a part-time Retail Sales and Customer Service Associate in Singapore. The role involves handling money transfer transactions, cash register operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies while assisting customers at the front desk.

You will be welcoming customers, guiding them through processing transactions, and maintaining accurate cash reports. The position requires 20 hours per week with weekend availability in a fully in-person setting.

Qualifications

• 0-2 yrs of customer service experience (preferably in financial services or retail).
• Experience in cash management is preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluency in English - additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Experience in currency exchange is a plus.
• Basic work experience with MS Office tools (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Can work according to the schedule and can work on weekends, 20 hours per week for Part-Time.

As a Part-Time Retail Sales and Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining customer services as per company standard, generating money transfer transactions, cash register operations and loss prevention in adherence to store standards, company policies and front desk procedures. Key responsibilities include:
