Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in F&B
• Food Handling Certification (preferred)
• Able to work weekends and shifts
• Positive mindset and able to provide excellent customer service

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
• Take and process orders accurately at the counter or table.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, beverages, and light food items.
• Ensure tables, counters, and cafe areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Assist with stock replenishment and cafe upkeep.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and customer inquiries.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and café service standards.
• Work as a team to support smooth café operations.
