Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café, bar or hospitality preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and café operations is advantageous.
• Basic food hygiene certification preferred.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages to customers
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café area and all equipment
• Restocking supplies, including cups, napkins, ingredients, and other café essentials
• Providing friendly, attentive customer service and addressing customer enquiries or concerns
• Assisting with basic food preparation and plating where required
• Assisting with washing the cups, plates and cutlery
• Following all food safety and health regulations and company policies
