Job summary

DB Golf Center is hiring a Weekend facility golf assistant to provide exceptional customer service at our new location. You will help guests with the golf range, simulators, and events, while handling bookings and payments.

Working Saturdays and Sundays, 8 am to 5 pm with a one-hour lunch break, you will support daily operations and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a sports or leisure setting.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests at the facility.
• Guide customers through the facility, including golf range, simulators, and events.
• Assist in managing bookings for lessons, simulator sessions, and events.
