We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Clubhouse Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clubhouse, ensuring an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties:

• Handle cash transactions
• Manage clubhouse membership and booking systems
• Oversee locker administration
• Process stationery orders

Coordination:

• Organize and coordinate courses and meetings
• Manage hall/court bookings
• Oversee poolside activities and events

Proshop Sales & Inventory:

• Manage sales and inventory in the proshop

Housekeeping & Maintenance:

• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of clubhouse facilities

Requirements
