Sin Gee Huat Recycling is seeking an administrative/customer service assistant to support weekend scrap yard operations in Singapore. You will greet customers, explain services, and manage payment records while ensuring accurate weighbridge data and smooth workflow with drivers and management.

The role requires weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays) and basic computer skills, with a focus on accuracy, independence, and teamwork in a busy environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at counters with information about services and inquiries.
• Answer reception phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Reconcile operations weighing details with weighbridge records for accuracy.
• Create and retrieve customer profiles to generate payment vouchers.
• Verify payment details and process authentication approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions (digital and physical).
• Communicate with operations team, drivers and management to support workflow.
• Provide general administrative support for office consumables and operations.
