• Verify payment details and initiate authentication approvals.
• Address customer issues and relay feedback to management.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical transaction records.
• Update customer and transaction data regularly for reliability.
• Communicate effectively with operations, drivers, and management.
• Provide general administrative support for office consumables.
