Job summary

Andaz Singapore is seeking an Event Sales Assistant Manager – Weddings to join our dynamic events team. You will collaborate with hotel departments to create memorable wedding experiences and ensure flawless execution.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in hotels/events, strong admin and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office plus Outlook. CRM experience (Opera/Delphi) is a plus, and a degree in Marketing, Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.

Your Profile:

• Flexible to work in evenings and during weekends.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the hotel, events or weddings industry.
• Strong administrative, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy in MS Office and Outlook is a must. Prior knowledge of any CRM system, e.g. Opera, Delphi, will be an asset.
• A relevant degree in Marketing, Hospitality or Tourism Management will be ideal.
