Job summary

OCBC Bank is expanding its Digital Assets Coverage Team in Singapore to build and onboard clients in the Web3 ecosystem. You will identify targets, originate relationships, and serve as the primary advisor, while understanding client needs and promoting OCBC solutions.

The role focuses on leading onboarding, managing client expectations, and enhancing cross-sell opportunities across Transaction Banking, Global Markets, and related services in a fast-evolving regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, originate, and monetise relationships with Web3 and digital assets ecosystem companies.
• Drive client acquisition and expand OCBC's presence in digital assets.
• Act as primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for clients.
• Understand clients' business models, operating flows, funding needs, and priorities.
• Promote and cross-sell OCBC products and services tailored to clients' needs.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
