Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is building a strategic Digital Assets Coverage team to originate and onboard clients in the Web3 and digital assets ecosystem. You will act as the primary interface between clients and the Bank, shaping onboarding standards, processes, and operating models in a dynamic regulatory environment.

The role involves deep client engagement, risk assessment, and cross-selling of banking solutions while ensuring strict AML/KYC compliance and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate banking, transaction banking, or related client-facing roles.
• Experience onboarding high-risk or complex client segments.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for digital asset ecosystem participants.

Responsibilities

• Identify, originate, and monetise relationships with Web3 and digital assets ecosystem players.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding and coordinate with internal stakeholders for account openings.
• Manage client relationships and ensure risk and compliance standards are met.
• Understand client business models, funding needs, and strategic priorities to cross-sell solutions.
• Promote Bank products and services including Transaction Banking, Global Markets, and related solutions.
