FPT Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced project governance lead to oversee website maintenance and system enhancement services for government projects in Singapore. You will drive requirements elicitation, translate them into functional specs, and manage schedules, resources and risks across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include primary contact for maintenance, coordinating testing (SIT/UAT), ensuring availability, security and quality, and maintaining project documentation.

• Experience leading website maintenance projects in government environments.
• Strong requirements elicitation and translation into functional specs.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, risks and stakeholder expectations.

• Serve as primary point of contact for maintenance and enhancement matters.
• Lead requirements elicitation and translate into functional specs and plans.
• Plan and manage schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure web services meet availability, performance, security and quality standards.
• Manage testing activities (SIT/UAT) and obtain approvals prior to deployment.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and address issues.
• Work with Full Stack Engineer on security queries and policy compliance.
• Maintain project documentation, change records, progress reports and handovers.
