Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited is seeking an experienced governance and controls leader to oversee Wealth Solutions Operations (WSO) in Singapore. You will coordinate with Corporate actions, Settlements, Asset transfers, and Tax Operations while driving risk controls and process improvements.

The role involves collaborating with GBS hubs, CMPS, Product, Compliance, and external auditors to ensure efficient operations, accurate MIS, and robust governance across WM products.

Qualifications

• Experience in Governance, Risk Management, and Control Oversight in Wealth Management.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Actions, Settlements, and Reconciliations.
• Proven ability to strengthen controls and manage risk.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and tax operations.

Responsibilities

• Governance of processing hubs and service providers.
• Collate and submit weekly/monthly MIS and project updates.
• Balance sheet substantiation and liability reconciliation.
• Support regulatory and business conduct standards.
