Job summary

JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Banking Regulatory Reporting Analyst to support migration activities. You will document requirements, execute UAT, track defects, and communicate with stakeholders across the Regulatory Operations team.

This 9-month contract in Changi Business Park requires 0-2 years banking ops experience, familiarity with APAC wealth regulations, and proficiency in Excel. Basic SQL or BI tools and BRD/UAT experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services Operations (regulatory reporting exposure preferred).
• Basic understanding of financial regulations and regulatory reporting workflows.
• Familiarity with Wealth/Capital Markets products and the trade lifecycle.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong data reconciliation, investigation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Document requirements of Reg Ops and map upstream/downstream trade booking impacts.
• Execute test scripts and perform basic reconciliations to verify reporting data accuracy.
• Log, track, and follow up on test defects and data discrepancies with Tech teams.
• Draft status updates, maintain action logs, and prepare briefing packs for impacted teams.
• Update SOPs, user guides, and cutover checklists for BAU handover.
