Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a Senior Wealth Portfolio Consultant to engage clients via tele-consulting and in-person events, guiding investment and financial planning. You will convert leads, develop relationships, and achieve monthly targets with outbound outreach.

You'll work with the Business Sales Manager to support business plans, participate in bank-led events, and share timely market insights while delivering compliant financial advice. Training and career growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial advisory or wealth management is preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and understand financial needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers mainly via tele-consulting, with in-person events or virtual interactions.
• Convert warm and cold leads into advisory appointments.
• Proactively identify and develop new customer relationships through outbound conversations.
• Achieve monthly acquisition targets through outbound prospecting and follow-ups.
• Build customer base through structured outreach activities and market insights share.
• Understand customers’ goals and life stages to recommend banking, investment, and insurance solutions.
