Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd invites you to join its Wealth Management team in an office-based tele-consulting role. You will engage customers at various life stages, guiding them toward suitable banking, investment, and insurance solutions through meaningful conversations.

You will learn through structured training, build relationships via phone and in-person interactions, and work toward both individual and team targets while supporting business growth.

Qualifications

• Structured training and coaching will be provided.
• Interest in financial planning, investments or wealth management.
• Comfortable working in an office-based tele-consulting environment.
• Willingness to learn and connect with people.
• Able to work towards individual and team targets.
• Flexible working hours including occasional weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Engage existing customers primarily through tele-consulting, as well as in-person and virtual interactions.
• Convert warm and cold leads into advisory appointments through structured tele-consulting.
• Proactively identify, engage and develop new customer relationships through outbound advisory conversations.
• Achieve monthly customer acquisition targets through outbound prospecting and structured follow-ups.
• Build and grow your customer base through structured outreach activities, tele-prospecting initiatives and customer engagement programmes.
• Understand customers’ needs, financial goals and life stages, and recommend suitable banking, investment and insurance solutions in a clear and responsible manner.
• Work closely with the Business Sales Manager to support business plans and achieve individual and team KPIs.
• Participate in bank-led events, roadshows and outreach activities to engage customers and support business growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers by sharing relevant ideas, market updates and timely insights.
• Set personal goals and work consistently towards achieving them, with guidance and support from your manager and team.
• Continuously develop your knowledge and skills, including product knowledge, market awareness and customer communication.
