Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive advisor to engage customers via tele-consulting, in-person and virtual interactions, and to convert leads into appointments. You will develop new relationships through outbound conversations and help clients with banking, investment and insurance solutions.

This office-based role values strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and flexibility to support events and weekend activities when required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Experience in outbound prospecting or tele-calling is a plus.
• Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers mainly through tele-consulting, along with in-person and virtual interactions to existing customers.
• Convert warm and cold leads into advisory appointments through structured tele-consulting.
• Proactively identify, engage and develop new customer relationships through outbound advisory conversations.
• Achieve monthly acquisition targets through outbound prospecting and follow-ups.
• Build your customer base through structured outreach activities and customer engagement programmes.
• Understand customers’ needs, goals and life stages, and share suitable banking, investment and insurance solutions clearly and responsibly.
