Job summary

Phillip Investor Centre is seeking an experienced Wealth Management leader to drive sales performance, grow AUM, and build a high-performing team of Relationship Managers in Singapore. You will coach and develop staff, execute business strategies, and promote holistic wealth management solutions to a diverse client base.

The role requires a strong track record in wealth management, investment advisory or financial product sales, with leadership and business development capabilities to expand

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• At least 3 years of sales leadership or people management experience.
• Proven track record in wealth management, investment advisory or financial product sales.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.
• Excellent business development and relationship management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive team sales performance and achieve Wealth Management KPIs.
• Develop and execute business strategies to grow AUM, revenue and client acquisition.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team of Relationship Managers.
• Conduct regular sales reviews, pipeline discussions and performance coaching.
• Support Relationship Managers in delivering holistic wealth management solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals and business development activities.
• Promote financial literacy through seminars, client engagement and community outreach initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, KYC/AML standards and Fair Dealing principles.
