Job summary

Qualifications

• > 8 years of experience in wealth management or similar client-facing role.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and stakeholder relations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial products and wealth management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide Relationship Managers to enhance sales capabilities and product knowledge.
• Lead client acquisition initiatives and grow wealth management portfolios.
• Deliver regular updates on team productivity, client satisfaction, and revenue performance.
