Job summary

JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. seeks an Operational Transformation and Strategy Associate to drive intelligent automation initiatives across Wealth Management Operations.

You will identify opportunities, design scalable solutions, and deliver end-to-end implementations with stabilization, coaching, and responsible AI adoption. You will partner with Operations, Business, Product, Technology, Controls, and Governance to ensure alignment, governance, and control standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of intelligent automation, business/process transformation, or technology-enabled operations.
• Experience delivering end-to-end solutions with requirements, design, development, testing, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments with process mapping, data analysis, design, prototyping, build, testing and stabilization.
• Design and develop workflow automation using intelligent tools and data analytics.
• Collaborate across Operations, Business, Technology, and Governance to align scope and timelines.
• Ensure solutions follow firm standards and governance requirements.
• Coach teammates on AI/ML, patterns, and enablement materials.
