Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in intelligent automation, business transformation, or tech-enabled ops.
• Ability to deliver end-to-end solutions with requirements deep dives, design, development, testing and root-cause analysis.
• Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in automation tools and modern engineering practices (e.g., Python, SQL, API integration).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and responsible application to use cases.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct opportunity assessments, requirements deep dives, process mapping, and prototyping.
• Design and develop scalable workflow automation solutions with analytics and governance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Business, Product, Technology, Controls, and Governance to align scope and timelines.
• Ensure solutions meet firm standards and change-management expectations.
• Coach teammates on AI/ML skills and automation best practices; contribute to enablement materials.
