Job summary

J.P. Morgan is hiring an Operational Transformation and Strategy Associate for Wealth Management Operations. You will drive intelligent automation initiatives to improve efficiency, capacity, and risk reduction, while elevating the client and service experience.

You will partner with Operations, Business, Product, and Technology teams to design scalable solutions, ensure governance, and enable adoption of responsible AI and emerging automation approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in intelligent automation, business/process transformation, or tech-enabled operations improvement.
• Ability to deliver end-to-end solutions including requirements deep dives, design, development, testing, and root-cause analysis.
• Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience using automation tools and modern engineering practices (Python/SQL, API integration).
• Familiarity with applied AI/ML and GenAI concepts and responsible applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct opportunity assessments and requirements deep dives, including process mapping, data analysis, solution design, prototyping, build, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Design and develop workflow automation solutions using intelligent automation tools and data analytics.
• Collaborate with Operations, Business, Product, Technology, Controls, and Governance to align scope and delivery.
