Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking candidates to support settlement and processing of wealth management products, including equities, bonds, funds and structured products. The role includes managing corporate actions, position reconciliation and client statements, and processing deposits and transfers in a banking environment.

You will also handle SWIFT transactions, coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, and participate in system testing and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Handle settlement and processing of wealth management products, including equities, bonds, funds and structured products.
• Manage corporate actions, position reconciliation and client statements.
• Process deposits, remittances and other banking transactions.
• Support accounts payable activities, including vendor payments and staff claims.
• Process and manage SWIFT transactions through the relevant banking system.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Participate in system testing, implementation and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and strengthen operational controls.
• Support other operational and ad-hoc tasks as required.
