Job summary

MBFC is seeking an Operations Associate in Wealth Management to join the banking operations team in Singapore. The role focuses on settlements, reconciliations, and supporting systems projects.

You will handle settlements for wealth management products, manage corporate actions, client statements, and SWIFT operations, while assisting in workflows and risk reduction. This is a 6-month contract with extension, offering a monthly salary of SGD 4,000 and exposure to wealth management products and

Qualifications

• Experience in banking operations or wealth management is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple settlements.

Responsibilities

• Handle settlements for wealth management products including equities, bonds, mutual funds and structured products
• Manage corporate actions, position reconciliation and client statements
• Participate in system UAT and support the implementation of new systems
• Assist in improving operational workflows and reducing operational risks
• Process deposits and remittances for Corporate Banking
• Support accounts payable activities including vendor payments and staff claims
• Manage and process transactions through the SWIFT Alliance system
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
• Support other operational and ad hoc duties as assigned
