Job summary

revup consulting pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Private Banking Operations professional to manage settlements, corporate actions, and payments within a regional bank setting. You will drive process improvements and work with Front Office, custodians and counterparties to resolve operational issues.

The role requires hands-on experience in investment settlements, SWIFT processing, and a strong focus on controls, efficiency, and risk reduction in a wealth management environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant banking operations experience, preferably Private Banking or Wealth Management Operations.
• Hands-on experience in investment product settlements, corporate actions, reconciliations or payments.
• Familiarity with SWIFT payment processing and release will be advantageous.
• Avaloq knowledge will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining effective operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Process and settle private banking investment products, including equities, bonds, mutual funds, structured products and structured deposits.
• Handle corporate actions, position reconciliations and client statements.
• Manage SWIFT Alliance activities, including the release of SWIFT payments.
• Investigate and resolve issues relating to settlements, remittances and deposits.
• Participate in system enhancements and UAT, including supporting user training for new systems and processes.
• Identify practical improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce operational risks.
• Work closely with Front Office, internal stakeholders, custodians and counterparties to resolve operational matters.
• Support other operational initiatives and responsibilities as assigned.
