Job summary

Schroders in Singapore seeks an experienced wealth management leader to grow the client base and assets under management. You will lead a team of Relationship Managers, onboard new clients, and ensure investment suitability with timely execution.

You will advise on investment ideas, conduct regular portfolio reviews, and maintain high standards of compliance and client service, while expanding the Schroders Wealth Management brand regionally.

Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of wealth management, investment advisory or relationship management experience for HNW/UHNW clients.
• Recognised university degree and regulatory licences/certifications applicable to Singapore wealth management.
• CFA charterholder is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Relationship Managers and assistants to grow the client base and AUM.
• Develop and maintain a network of clients, onboarding and ongoing reviews.
• Provide tailored wealth management solutions and investment ideas with due diligence.
