Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking an experienced Case Manager for a premier wealth management platform in Singapore. You will oversee end-to-end case execution for bespoke life insurance solutions and provide seamless administrative support from quotation through policy issuance and post-inception service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of life insurance or case management experience.
• Tertiary qualification; professional insurance certifications preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of handling complex client cases.
• Excellent communication to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end case administration from quotation to policy issuance and post-inception service.
• Coordinate with private banks, trustees, insurers, and clients to ensure smooth onboarding.
