Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking an experienced Case Manager for a premier wealth management platform in Singapore. You will oversee end-to-end case execution for bespoke life insurance solutions and provide seamless administrative support from quotation through policy issuance and post-inception service.

Responsibilities include coordinating with private banks, trustees, insurance partners, and clients; organizing medicals; handling sensitive documentation; maintaining accurate case status reports; and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of life insurance or case management experience.
• Tertiary qualification; professional insurance certifications preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of handling complex client cases.

Skills And Experience Required

Minimum 3 years of life insurance or case management experience within wealth management, private banking, or insurance brokerages.

Tertiary qualification, ideally supported by professional insurance industry certifications.

Strong organizational abilities with a proven track record of managing complex client cases efficiently.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a strong detail-oriented mindset.
