Great Eastern is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support day-to-day case management and operations for High Net Worth clients, focusing on timely, accurate service delivery and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes operational execution, quality, and governance, with guidance from leadership and opportunities to contribute to digitalization efforts across HNW operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, preferably HNW/Affluent segments.
• Experience in operations, underwriting support, or policy servicing within life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support HNW new business and policy servicing to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant operations.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, underwriting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor service performance (TAT, quality) and drive continuous process improvements.
• Support team capability through guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training.
• Identify and address operational gaps to enhance efficiency and client experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve operational issues.
• Participate in process reviews and implement operational and system enhancements.
• Support CoE initiatives, projects, and digitalization efforts for HNW operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, MAS regulations, and governance standards, including audit support.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

As a Case Manager, you will support the day-to-day case management and operations of High Net Worth (HNW) new business and policy servicing, across multiple distribution channels. Focusing on operational execution, service quality, and process adherence while supporting initiatives to improve efficiency and client experience, you will work closely with the HNW Centre of Excellence (CoE) team and report to the Head of HNW and Centre of Excellence Management.
