Job summary

MetaComp seeks an experienced Product Manager to own Wealth Line of Business product planning and lifecycle management. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable product solutions, coordinating cross‑functional teams across engineering, operations, and compliance to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, computer science, information systems, or related majors.
• About 3–7 years of Product Manager experience with independent management of complex products or LOBs.
• Strong understanding of financial products and familiarity with Wealth Management, Digital Assets, or Web3 domains.
• Experience driving cross‑team projects and coordinating Business, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Wealth Line of Business product planning and construction.
• Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle from initiation to launch and iterations.
• Design and implement product solutions aligned with customer needs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate R&D, testing, design, operations, and business teams to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Integrate compliance, risk, and governance into product design and delivery.
• Support external cooperation with issuers, asset managers, funds, custodians, and exchanges.
