Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience delivering digital products or platforms in Financial Services/Insurance.

• Skilled in stakeholder management at senior and executive levels to facilitate collaboration and decision‑making.
• Apply strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to product development challenges and opportunities.

• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria; review test plans and scenarios; conduct user acceptance testing to ensure product quality and functionality.
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion of initiatives according to plan.
• Present project plans, progress updates, and results to senior leadership to support informed decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to product development and delivery to mitigate risks.
