Job summary

MetaComp seeks an experienced Product Manager to own Wealth Line of Business product planning and lifecycle management. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable product solutions, coordinating cross‑functional teams across engineering, operations, and compliance to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, computer science, information systems, or related majors.
• About 3–7 years of Product Manager experience with independent management of complex products or LOBs.
• Strong understanding of financial products and familiarity with Wealth Management, Digital Assets, or Web3 domains.
• Experience driving cross‑team projects and coordinating Business, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Compliance.

MetaComp Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based digital payment solution provider, licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution, to provide Digital Payment Token Services and Cross-border Payment Transfers. Operating under a P2B2C (platform-to-business, partners-to-clients) model, MetaComp provides its clients with an integrated end-to-end suite of services, empowering them to confidently enter the digital asset market with much-needed safety, security, and compliance assurance. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

Job responsibilities

• Responsible for Wealth Line of Business product planning and construction
• According to Wealth's overall business strategy, independently responsible for product planning, scheme design, and implementation of 1-2 product lines, including but not limited to cash management products, fixed income products, RWA, Loan, trading products, and other Wealth products and platform architecture projects.
• Deeply understand the business model, customer needs, underlying assets, and transaction structure, and transform business requirements into clear, feasible, and scalable product solutions.
• Continuously optimize the product capabilities, customer experience, and Operational Efficiency of the responsible product, and promote the standardization, replicability, and scalability of the product.
• Responsible for product lifecycle management
• Lead the complete product lifecycle from product initiation, requirement analysis, product architecture, business process, PRD, review, development and testing to launch and subsequent iterations.
• Coordinate R & D, testing, design, operation, business and other teams to promote project delivery according to plan and with high quality.
• Continuously track business performance and customer feedback after going live, identify problems and optimization opportunities, and promote continuous product iteration.
• Support the design of complex financial and digital asset products
• Design corresponding product solutions based on different customer types, underlying assets, transaction structures, and distribution channels.
• Understanding the combination mode of traditional financial products and digital asset products, able to handle complex product issues such as product structure, asset flow, fund flow, subscription and redemption mechanism, valuation, income distribution, liquidity, etc.
• Support the application and distribution of products in different channels such as institutional customers, enterprise customers, individual customers, exchanges, wallets, and institutional platforms.
• Promote product standardization and platform construction
• While completing specific business projects, identify common needs between different product lines, and promote standardization and reuse of Wealth product capabilities.
• Participate in the construction of Wealth products and platform architecture, reduce duplicate development, improve the access and delivery efficiency of new products, new assets, and new businesses.
• Precipitate product templates, business processes, product specifications, and delivery standards to support rapid business expansion.
• Integrate compliance and risk requirements into product design
• Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk and other teams to understand regulatory and compliance requirements for different products, customer types and markets.
• Implement requirements such as customer access, product suitability, risk control, authority governance, and information disclosure into products and business processes.
• Ensure responsible products meet regulatory, compliance and internal governance requirements during product design and delivery.
• Support external cooperation and business expansion
• Support product cooperation with issuers, asset management institutions, funds, custodians, exchanges, wallets, distribution platforms, and other external institutions.
• Able to quickly respond to new business opportunities, customer needs, and temporary product requirements, providing product support for new products and business models.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, computer science, information systems, or related majors is preferred.
• About 3-7 years of Product Manager experience , able to independently manage complex products or Line of Business; experience in financial technology, wealth management, securities, funds, digital assets or Web3 products is preferred.
• Possess strong understanding of financial products and be familiar with one or more of the following areas:
• Wealth Management / Investment Products
• Fund / Structured Product / Fixed Income
• Digital Assets / Crypto
• Strong product architecture and complex process design capabilities, able to sort out the complete business chain from business goals: customers → products → transactions → assets → funds → operations → risk/compliance .
• With complete product delivery experience, able to independently complete requirement analysis, product solutions, PRD, business process design, and promote R & D, testing and related teams to complete the launch.
• Strong ability to drive cross-team projects, able to coordinate multiple functional teams such as Business, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, etc.
• Strong interest and learning ability in the integration of digital assets and traditional finance, able to quickly understand new asset types, product structures, and business models.
