Job summary

MetaComp is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive complex fintech initiatives across Product, Technology, Operations and Compliance. You will translate business objectives into actionable plans, coordinate diverse teams, and manage risks to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly with executives and teams alike, and demonstrates ownership and governance across multi-market projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably fintech or payments.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Structured thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to launch and post-implementation review.
• Define objectives, scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation plans; escalate when needed.
• Provide regular status updates and governance artifacts.
